in collaboration with Emeline Jaret and visual arts students from Rennes 2 University.

Taking as her subject Territoires EXTRA, a programme of residencies for creation and transmission, which has been running in Brittany and internationally since 2017, Emeline Jaret will ask how art at work affects the territories and people it encounters, and in return, how a given terrain influences the practices of the artists who live there.

This project, which will culminate in a publication, will be carried out in two phases:

— Between September and December 2023: Fieldwork to meet the people involved in the various Territoires EXTRA sites.

— Between February and April 2024, a research seminar on collaborative artistic practices with Master’s students in visual arts.

est enseignante-chercheuse, Maîtresse de Conférences en histoire de l’art contemporain au département d’arts plastiques de l’université Rennes 2. Depuis 2018, elle poursuit une recherche « Sur le travail de l’art au travail ». Faisant suite à ses recherches doctorales, celle-ci porte sur le rapport au travail des artistes au regard à la fois de la pratique de l’art et de son accompagnement institutionnel, interrogeant la notion d’auteur·e ((statut, figure, posture)) et son articulation au collectif. Dans ce cadre, elle a été chercheuse associée du centre d’art contemporain de Malakoff en 2021.

est un dispositif de résidences en Bretagne et à l’international, mené par les centres d’art Passerelle à Brest et La Criée à Rennes. Il est soutenu par la Drac Bretagne.
